Parts cleaning problem

We are a metal stamping company and are having trouble getting some of our parts clean in our tunnel wash. It seems to be a wax that melts during the drying process. Wash temp. is around 140deg and dry 180. The parts come out with dark streaks like water spots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the problem is indeed a wax, then you're probably going to need some very high temperature in the cleaning bath in order to remove it. 140 will not be enough. Waxes require a high temperature to essentially melt them off the part.

Have you had the stain or soil analyzed or do you know what it is? If not, I suggest doing so. You can then contact your current cleaner vendor, or potential ones, and let them know. They be able to make a better recommendation if they know what the soil is.

YOU CAN TRY USING A LUBRICANT GELUBE WHICH IS A WATER SOLUBLE ECO-FRIENDLY LUBRICANT AND DUE TO ITS WATER SOLUBILITY IT IS CLEANED VERY EASILY.
