Calculation for correct volts and amps for electropolishing
I am new to the electropolishing industry and have been told that the process relies on having the correct amount of amperage to obtain best results. I have had several people tell me there is a formula for obtaining the correct amperage for each part, since they vary in size and mass. Could you tell me what this formula is so I can better understand the electropolishing process.
Thank you,

Electropolishing is a complex technique. If you and your employer are serious about it you absolutely need a formal training (books, courses, seminars, closeness to experienced workers, etc.). Not an internet chat.

has a very good chapter on electropolishing.
