Elimination of descaling after heat treatment in chain plates

We want to eliminate the mechanical descaling process after heat treatment, Is it possible to give suggestions regarding this, Is there any possibility of using water based solvent to do this because in mechanical descaling lot of pollution is there so we have to eliminate mechanical descaling.

You can use Alkaline hot potassium permanganate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] followed by Mild acid dip or You can also use some proprietary Deruster and De scaling chemical which is Alkaline in nature with Gluconate and chelating agents.

Dear Pravin Kumar;

You can save yourself a lot of trouble by cleaning and phosphating the parts properly before heat treatment; You will not get a scale, rather a hue over the phosphate which comes of easily in vibro. Much better than post heat treatment process which are more troublesome.
