PCB Etching - Transfer process

I am researcher with the Federal University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria.
I specialised in electronics and I am involved in the design of several electronic circuits. I use Eagle software for all my designs (schematic & Layout).

I have problem transferring my layout onto the copper board for etching. I have tried several process of doing that including screen printing, iron-on toner, etc., but could not get satisfactory results in terms of neatness. Can one have a laser printer (or any printer) that could print directly on the copper board making it ready for the etchant? Also besides machining of tracks, is there any non-chemical etching system (using a form of light for instance)that could be interfaced with computer? I would like to have such a system if it exist. at least it will save one from the headache of transfer process.

Thank you for your response.
