Colorless Alodine

We observe the loss of adhesion of primer on colorless Alodine.
If a clear coating is required the presence and appearance of coating is with difficulties. The simplest way to evaluate a conversion clear coating is uniformity of appearance.Presence of marks,traces and powdery areas is cause of loss of adhesion of epoxy primer. Visual examination will not reveal.What methods recommend for inspection parts with colorless Alodine and epoxy primer?
