Hot dipped galvanized bracket on stainless steel pipe

Is there a problem using Hot dipped Galvanised brackets to support Stainless steel pipes?
For example: Copper and Galv do not go together

Theoretically yes but if you have a sufficiently reasonable thickness of zinc say 25 microns, I don't see why you shoulndt get past 10 years. Why not try zinc -nickel plating whilst youre about it?
