K-v problem
We are having trouble with k-v circles appearing when we put the second coat on a part ... ;i.e., candy red powder over chrome powder ... what can we do to prevent or lessen this problem? ... it only happens once in awhile. HELP

Would it be possible to photograph and post a picture of the problem on the parts in question?

The only thing that comes to mind that painters sometime's overlook is that the distance between the gun and the part on the second coat of paint is a factor. Putting the gun tip too close to the part has the same effect as the KV's being to high, high KV's create the star-bursting(KV circles).
