Could you help me about step and thickness of plating (TIN PLATING, NICKEL PLATING , YELLOW ZINC PLATING AND WHITE ZINC PLATING BOTH Cr +3 AND Cr +6 , EDP BLACK and POWDER PAINT).

Hello Danuphol. I think this is a very broad question :-)

A cursory reply would run a dozen pages. Please get a copy of the Metal Finishing Guidebook as a start; that will introduce the answers you seek and you can get back to us with specifics. Or get some MIL, AMS, ISO, or ASTM standards to see all the different specified thicknesses for different situations. Good luck.
