Effective flux/es for removal of lead and aluminum from zinc dross and process of use
I would like experienced persons to guide how to remove Lead (content about 3%) and Aluminum (content about 5 to 8%) from Zinc Dross ex galvanizing plant, and detailed process to use and source of availability; so that refined zinc could be put to better use.

Sir: Since normal "brightener bars" are between 5% and 10% aluminum why not just sell your aluminum/lead containing zinc as brightener bar? The excess lead will dissolve in the zinc in the kettle. A galvanizer using high grade zinc (with no lead) would likely not want to use your lead containing alloy.
