Anodizing Al Mg Si .5

I have received parts that are Al Mg Si .5 which is from Europe. They have been black anodized by another vendor and now need to be stripped, bead blasted and anodized.
Any ideas on how to treat this material. From the research I have done it appears this may be some sort of casting.

Please describe any problem with the initial anodize.
Any other info such as grain appearance or temper?

AlMgSi0.5 is crosslisted as 6063A, 6063 or 6060 (many similar 6xxx alloys). Commonly extruded; heat-treatable.
Didn't find any such cast alloy.

Anodizing behavior is similar to 6061, perhaps slightly better since negligible copper.

AlMgSi0.5 is old German notation for 6063 / 606 alloys. You can strip the anodic film in hot caustic etch. Then rinse, desmut, rinse and dry.

You can apply bead blasting and anodising afterwards as usual.
