Satin finishing by chemicals
We are a company that manufacture pliers. right now we are buffing but it takes forever. I already tried the satin finishing with scotch-brite wheels but I would like to check out the results we can get with the bath in chemicals for the satin finishing. Any information with this method would be very helpful.

There are a couple of strong acidic products out on the market that are suppose to and will produce a satin finish of metals; however, they do require special handling protection. I would really suggest you check out either electropolishing or mass finishing systems. They WILL produce the results you are looking for. Cost wise I suggest mass finishing. If you need more help, get in touch.
