Black oxided nails vs. stainless

We want to use blackodised nails instead of stainless steel nails, for packing wooden boxes used for vegetable exports. Will the blackodised nails be rust proof vis a vis stainless steel? Because there will be lots of humidity in the transport; also there will be ice in the wooden boxes.

Sorry, Rahul, but It will prove unsatisfactory. Black oxided nails will offer very little corrosion resistance.
