Spangle and roughness of galvanized steel for color painting

I am a process engineer in a galvanizing and color painting lines. I want to ask if there is a recommended spangle size or roughness suitable for color painting of galvanized steel. In fact, I try to use a galvanized steel without skin passing to get high color painting quality.

The usual roughness for PPG material is from 0.8 to 1.2Ra You should use Skinpass line on Zn material, but if you don't have Skinpass line you should try with higher concentrations on chemical treatments.
