Alkali Cleaning of Stainless Steel

We have wire cutting machines where we cut Stainless Steel wires. We are facing problem in cleaning of the same. Please suggest us some cleaning methods for bulk production. Presently we are carrying out alkali trials.

If this wire that you mention could be exposed to heat & chemical try using a hot soak cleaner (pH around 12-13) temperature around 150 degrees - 180 degrees Fahrenheit, then followed by at least two fresh water rinses .
