I would go to the Deutsches Institut fur Normung website at www.din.de, and put in "50962" in the search box. It is "DIN 50962, Publication date:1998-08
Electrodeposited coatings - Chromated coatings of zinc alloys on iron and steel" and it costs a mere 39.60 Euros. It only exists in German.
