Rhodium Plating Solutions Price

I am a Jeweler and use rhodium plating solutions, both pen and bath. I am surprised that each time I buy them the price is more expensive. Since the last year to date it has increased almost 3 times. Somebody could tell me what is happening with rhodium because the price for the other precious metals has increased but not at the same level.
Thank you,

Sorry it took so long to respond to this. Rhodium is a metal that has always increased in price more than gold and platinum. I remember back in the early 1990's it was up to about $72.00 per gram. That was attributed to a labor strike in South Africa. Because of it's occurrance (rarity)and higher production costs,it will always increase more than most precious metals. You could try buying a little more at one time and ask for a price break, or shop around.

I am wholesale trading dealer of Rhodium Plating Solution located in India. I am really surprised by the fall in the prices of rhodium in last few weeks or so. I just want to know about the reason behind the fall of the prices. Why there is fall in prices of Rhodium Plating Solution? What is the future of Rhodium Price Market? When is the right time to invest in rhodium?
