Procedure and Process in powder coating on sheet metal parts

Customer give us the sample color chip (Cool White) we need to powder coat & Match the sample color chip ! We are facing lot of problems to match the color

Please Let me Know the process involved in powder coating ?

You sound like you have more experience with wet paint than powder, you can't take a powder and "work it" using the oven to obtain the right color. Give the chip to a powder paint supplier and tell them you need a match, then apply it and cure it according to the spec's on the TDS. There are no reducers, hardeners, or mixing required.
