Jewelers are trained and experienced in what materials are safe to apply to gold and sapphire, and will have ultrasonic jewelry cleaner ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] to accelerate the cleaning process. I wouldn't try this at home.

citric acid ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] is an extremely effective and highly safe answer to your problem. It will dissolve the lime matrix which hards the concrete and make cleaning and removal easy and friendly..find a local solution of a citric acid cleaner (don't confuse with citrus, as in cleaner). You can also contact us for this product..No worries!
