Ideal temperature of phosphate rinse

In our industry we are painting with electrostatic paint guns, in our process we have a phosphate rinse coupled with a soap rinse, my question is the temperature of the phosphate should be 100 degrees F, is this correct, if not what is the operating temperature of the phosphate rinse.

Are you having a quality problem? If not, I wouldn't worry too much about the rinse temperature. Generally, this would have very little impact on part quality.

Your more important factors would be rinse quality and dry-off temperature. Poor rinses can lead to adhesion and corrosion resistance problem. Low or high dry-off temperatures can lead to paint problems.

Dear Christian,

What will happen if dry off temperature is quite high and how does it affect the next process quality. Please explain.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
