How do I make the 24k plating solution for brush plating, I would like to make 5 liters of the solution.

In general, you don't make plating solutions, you buy them--complete with the proprietary addition agents proven for the particular situation. If you want to make your own, what is your intended starting point: a proprietary gold plating solution not intended for brush plating? PGC? gold ore and potassium cyanide? Good luck.
