Silkscreening aluminum

2005

Hi,
Hoping you can help. I am developing a product which has an aluminum angle that I wish to label with a measuring scale and other text. My silkscreen screen- looks ok but it appears that any paint I use bleeds under the screen causing my text to blur badly. I am applying to an anodized surface. Any suggestions on type or brand of paint/ink? Processing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try screening an unsealed surface on handle on edges. after screening then do a hot water seal.
