Rust on stainless steel welds

I have just put in 3 swimming pools . one of which (heated) has on one side developed rust in a short time. Vendor claims rust will go away however little clouds of rust suggest a round (pox mark) What is the correct solution.

Rust in a stainless steel pool will not go away. Rust at the weld is very common, and should be treated with weld paste to remove iron and passivate the weld. If the rust is appearing in a spot, it may be due to an inclusion of iron or other metal. This may require grinding of the spot, possible rewelding and surfacing, followed by weld paste treatment and passivation.
