What chemical is used in etching stainless steel back of watches?
We are doing a business of etching on back cover of watches but our etching result is not so good. So I want a good result. I want to know which chemical will give me good result

Try 35% ferric chloride ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] at about 45C. However, it depends on the type of stainless steel and what treatments it has had.
