Need a plating that powder coating will not adhere to

We are a manufacturer of fasteners. I have a situation where the fastener will be attached to a part that will be powder coated. If the fastener is powder coated it will not function. I would like to plate or coat the parts so we could assemble our parts and then when the customer assembles theirs and powder coats the whole assembly the fastener would not be coated.

Dear Daniel!
You can put on PVC sleeve on bolt or can cover the bolt with any Tape which can withstand the curring Temperature.
(May be Fibre glass Tape can help).
