Need to plate zinc metal red; any good method other than powder coating

Dear sir / madam.

We are one of the leading fuse manufacturers in the globe, having manufacturing plant in India, UK, US, Denmark, Poland, China, Australia & Brazil.

For our product we need to plate zinc base metal part (This will be crimped to the other part after plating) with red color protective solution do you have any solution for this. If yes can you supply the details ASAP?

Plate with 0.0002 inches of zinc, then use a conversion coating that will accept a red dye.
