Pl. suggest can we use the aluminum alloy 7075 for manufacturing Jigs & Fixtures required for production of motor-cycle parts.Also,suggest tempering required & Surface treatment required for anti-corrosion of the same when used with coolant.

Dear Sir,
Presumably these are for movement of components? You can simply anodise them and apply a marine paint topcoat.
