Electroplating of silver onto aluminum
I would like to know how to do electroplating of silver onto aluminium? we make an aluminium ball(0.50mm, 0.80mm, 1mm)
I need electroplating silver onto aluminium ball.

Not to be facile, Nilesh, but the way you do it is to call an electroplating shop to do it for you on a toll basis. It's a very "jobshop oriented" industry. Yes, certainly, you could do it in house, but it would take a substantial investment after months (or years) of study.
Realistically, how would you answer a posting where someone asked how to manufacture .50 mm through 1 mm aluminum balls? It's the same problem: you couldn't start someone from ground zero short of spending 3 years writing a 500 page book :-)
