Gold Plating on 60 micron Tungsten wire

Can some body help me to electroplate gold on .06 mm. I have already done plating but it appears very dull. I have put 8 tanks, cleaning , acid dip, cobalt flash, and GPC of 1 gram. Between all these water bath is there. There is no shine on gold plating. At cobalt tank current is 0.6/0.7 amp at around 5 volts. At Gold 0.75 amps at 10 volts.

Dear Mr.Ravindra,
Gold plating as such with out a bright base or with out a bright under coat may not give you a bright finish. Can you increase the thickness of cobalt? do you use any brighteners in the cobalt bath?
From your letter it seems that you are using the good old pot.cyanide bath. Please look around and go for proprietary gold plating baths.
High speed plating which will give you >0.5 micron in one minute is available now.(about 105 mil.gram per ampere minute)U may use just 2-3 Volt in place of 10 volts you use presently.U can use less no. of tanks and will have better adhesion to the wire.
Try to incorporate a hot water dip for 1-2 minutes after plating which will enhance the shine and colour of the deposit.
Good luck!
