Silverware Factory Experience

Used the Lacquer unit around one year for silver plated items, very hard to manage it.
Many problems: Pitting, Rainbow color, etc...

Hi Youssef
You will require a Technical person or Technical support of the supplier to run a lacquer plating unit.
If you are still running the unit, The following points may help u.
(I do not know whether you are using acralyc or Polyeurethine lacquer plating)
1.Use Ultrafilter ( Ultra filter functions like kidny of a human body.It filters out unwanted and keeps to itself the required materials)
1.Use De ionised water conductvity less than 5 micro semens
2.Check the solvent level
3.Check solid content level
4.Check conductivity of the bath and maintain less than 500
5.Keep Oven temp.approx 120-130(At higher temp, the white colour if Silver will turn off-white
Good luck
