Fire suppression equipment required in open faced spray booth using non-flammable powder

Is a fire suppression/extinguishing system required in an open faced spray booth used for powder coating? Note: the powder is non-flammable/combustible.

I can't help you with your question, but I'm very interested to know the type of powdercoating you are referring to! Non flammable? Non combustible?
