Looking for a GM and Chrysler finish spec equal to S424

2005

I was in contact with a finisher asking question concerning the Ford spec S424. To communize our metal fasteners, I need an E-coat finish that will be covered by the BIG 3. The finish must be free of oil. I was told by one finisher that the S424 is equal or compatible to the GM spec GM 6047M and the Chrysler spec PS-7902. I was also told by another finisher, that is not true.

By using the finish spec with the greatest salt spray, will that cover the other two finish specs ?

Thanks
