What maintenance program for Cu-Ni-Cr processes?

We have acidic copper, bright nickel and chrome bath..and I want to make a maintenance program. Can you give any ideas about that.

Firstly I would set up a program of routine chemical addtions after first determining these by controlled sampling and analysis. I would also set up a schedule to clean filters, repack filters, change anode bags, add peroxide to the nickel bath (if plating steel)etc. Further maintenance schedules can be set for the mechanical equipment.

As for chemistry, in addtion to determining the standard addtions above, a routine time to analyze the baths and to run test panels from same should be set up.
