I want to know about the Sufuric acid Consumption for anodizing process in aluminum

Also How much conc.of acid should be used for anodizing process.

How about starting with MIL-A-8625 / MIL-PRF-8625 [on DLA] or maybe DEF STAN 03-25. I would read these to start with and then come back with a rather more structured question.
