What metal plating offers low thermal emissivity plus high temperature capability?
We have SS316 and Copper heated parts up to 1000 F. We are seeking for a metal surface deposit which have a surface thermal emissivity bellow 0.2 up to 1000 F and that will not be affected at this temperature in air for a period of time up to 200 hours. Can it be done with electroplating of a particular metal?

Did you ever find out what you were looking for? If so, I'm also looking for a similar solution, and would be grateful if you could share what you came up with?
