How to satinize aluminum
These days we are involved in satinizing process (etchs) in our anodizing plant.
But, we have problems. Since I am a mechanical engineer, I need detailed information about this process. What is its advantage? All information is useful.

What process are you doing and what are the problems? I think the basic reason for satinizing is aesthetic: people like the look, and it's somewhat less likely to show unsightly fingerprints. Good luck.
