Cleaning a sheet of copper
We have a sheet of copper that had lacquer put onto it, realising the mistake, both thinners and nitromors was used to remove the lacquer, this left surface scratches. I want to know how do I clean this copper sheet and get it back to its new look ?

Replacement might be the best answer. The other alternative is lots of Brasso ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , lots of elbow grease and lots of time with progressively softer cloths.
