My chrome motorcycle rims are of gold/ yellow tint doesn't match?
Hello My name is Mike and I just had some motorcycle rims chromed and the chrome doesn't match any of the other chrome on my bike. Is the Chrome of the same quality if Gold and not shiny chrome? Do I have to worry about the integrity of the gold chrome? I own a motorcycle shop and do alot of custom work for customers and don't want to sell poor quality goods. Basically I sent them parts to be chromed for my small business. They are located in California. Should I use someone else in another state that doesn't have the regulations they do?
Thank you

Sorry, I don't understand this at all, Mike. Chrome is not gold or yellow, it is chrome colored (a reflective surface, about the tone of stainless steel but brilliant and mirror like). Put a yardstick on it, and tell us the number of inches you can see in reflection. If there is a very slightly "yellow" tarnish look to it, I suppose it's possible they forgot to chrome plate the nickel, but it's pretty hard to ship that big of a mistake.
