Yellow mark during Line stop in Pickle Process
I'm working at Steel Sheet Pickle Process which have 156 m/Min maximum line speed. Our Line can run in both mode Push Pull Pickle and Tension leveler, in both mode if we need to stop line operation longer than 6 Min approx. , Our strip will have yellow mark between acid tank and rinse tank. How we can solve this problems.

Don't stop the line for more than 6 minutes :-)
Attempting to rinse and dry the stopped strip in this area will add complication without solving the other as-yet-undiscovered problems that stopping the strip causes. In some shops all of the product from the payout reel to the takeup reel is marked and discarded whenever there is a stoppage. As the world moves to tighter quality control you will be moving closer to that procedure yourself.
