Too vague, Mr. Malik. The answer could range all the way from "you may have misread the spec", through "you must make the parts from plastic because galvanizing can't last that long" :-(
What are the parts, what is the galvanizing process, what is the SST spec, what is the failure mode? Good luck.

Salt spray testing is not really very accurate for hot dip galv., unless the product is allowed to "age" for at least a year before testing. This is because the outer most layer of the coating needs to oxidize and form the patina layer, which is very hard and durable. Without this, erroneous results will likely result. This question is as old as sst, and is better explained at the American Galvanizers Association website. They are linked to this site.
