PLASTISOL SPRAY UP SYSTEMS
We are looking for the manufacturers of plastisol spray systems. the application is for car lining to make a protective layer of PVC under the car surface.
We would appreciate if you can supply us the required equipments or introduce us the manufacturers.

Plastisol requires quite a bit of heat to cure, so probably is not a good idea.
There are companies that make a liquid PVC that cures by evaporation of the solvent.
There are some latex based formulations that require some heat to cure, but are water based so it avoids the volatiles problem.
There is a small amount of companies that have developed a thermal spray system that will deposit a plastic coating. I have no idea of what the adhesion is. There are powder coat paints that have IR heat cure at relatively low temperatures that might work.
