Which solution can decoat CrN coating from HSS substrate

I'm working in the plant of cathodic arc evaporation (PVD).

I want to know which solution can be used to decoat(strip) CrN coating from HSS substrate or D2 die materials.

CrN coating is deposited by cathodic arc plasma deposiotion.
