Bright spots on clear anodized aluminum
We are anodizing on 6063 T6 alloy, and having a problem of bright spots which occur only after anodizing; this is not visible after pre cleaning in either caustic or phosphoric acid . At some difficult to access area wherein no buffing wheel can reach, has more of this defect, Can you let me know the reason why this happens.

This problem is called "hot spots". They are caused by extrusion contacting carbon supports on the run-out table and being improperly cooled.
Improve cooling to solve the problem.
