I have a couple of wire baskets that need recoating due to the vinyl coating came off now corrosion is taking place . I can not get a new set of these baskets because the company does not make them any more. They are for a sink.
Thank You for anyone's help in this matter.

A. To recoat small areas of dishwasher racks and similar small repairs there is a product called ReRack.
This is for small repairs only; if item is larger you might try silicone.
Tin catalyzed silicone is available that can be mixed in small or large quantities and brushed or item dipped.
Cure time can be extremely short, if necessary, by adding an accelerant; we use this method for molds to replicate fixture parts and for prep for metal casting.
Mold 'library' life is usually 12-30 months.
