Deburring of aluminum washer
We are manufacturing aluminum washers. the washer dim are OD 17 mm Id 6.5 mm with a array of 2 mm holes , the thickness is 1 mm. The problem is that we are pressing these components form a 1 mm th sheet of aluminum and we have the problem of burr formation . I want to know if there is some way we can deburr these in mass quantity without the burr folding inside. We have already tried tumbling with no results.

Have you tried tumbling with an abrasive and compound?
