Brass colouring for silver solder joint
2005
Hi All,
I am joining brass wire with silver solder and would like to colour the solder a brass colour. Does anyone know how this can be done? I've heard that there's a product that can be painted on and wiped off to leave a thin layer of colour.
Thanks,

I also want to know about solder different coloured metals together. At the moment I would like to solder some brass or copper, I use silver solder but don't want it to show up so should I colour it
(if possible) or is there a different type of solder to use. I have a hand held blow torch to do this.
I cannot see a reply to the previous question so maybe no1 has replied or I just can't see it.
thanks x
