Blackish surface on Aluminum T6061 after machining

Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms,
I am facing problem in our Aluminum T 6061 part after machining.
There are blackish surface on some area of the machined part and under SEM-EDX, the blackish surface shown element of Magnesium.
Our normal part after machining only show element of Aluminum under SEM-EDX and no blackish was found.
What cause this and how to eliminate this problem ?
Pls help.

Change your cutting fluid to one designed for aluminum and the black will very probably go away.

I suggest you look at the pH of your cutting fluids first.
