Finish for stainless steel screws





We are in manufaturing process of stainless steel screws from wire during manufacturing process we heat the wire to make it soft,we want to know how to give our product mirror polish,if you suggest barreling please describe.Your reply would be very helpful.

Probably the cheapest way is to run your screws in a batch wih no media in what is called a part on part process. Let the parts work themselves. This may take some time. A lubricating liquid additive might speed things up or you can add treated dry organic materials to the batch. All of these methods will work given enough time.
