Corrosion between chromate plated copper and zinc plated steel
I have a copper heatsink that has a bright dip chromate on it and I am bolting it to a steel chassis that has a zinc chromate plating on it. I am experiencing corrosion on both parts. What can be causing this and how can I stop it?

Hello Chris;
Try painting the heatsink black, or painting the zinc with an aluminium rich paint.
