Dust over the reflectors

Dear sir

I'm working with a automotive parts company in this company a great problem of dust over the reflectors are coming what should I do for eliminating it.

Check the environment like humidity, fine particle due to any powder plant or some thing like that. Why do not you elaborate the problem which you face.
