How to reduce Ca, Na and Zn from spent HCl




We are in wire industry. We are getting Ca & Na around 500ppm & Zn around 250ppm in our spent HCl. It creats problem at our supplier end for acid regeneration. Is there any method to reduce Ca, Na & Zn <100 ppm.

Yes, there is a solution, for Zn znd Ca, by Electro-Catalytic Precipitation. About the Na, will find you a chemical solution.
